De Ziua Internațională a Cuvântului “Mulțumesc”, Gloria își ia revanșa în fața norvegiencelor de la Storhamar și urcă pe loc de optimi!

Cu un public fantastic în tribune, Gloria căștigă la 3 goluri cu Storhamar și sare peste norvegience în clasament, pe un loc calificabil în optimile Ligii Campionilor, cu 5 etape înainte de finalul fazei grupelor!

Aflată pe locul 7, cu patru puncte, Gloria avea nevoie de victorie pentru a trece pe locul 6 și a rămâne la mâna ei în cursa pentru calificarea în play-off, și a obținut-o într-un final electrizant urmărit în picioare de fanii care au umplut pana la refuz TeraPlast Arena. 31-28 pentru Gloria, care și-a luat revanșa în fața lui Storhamar după cele două înfrângeri de anul trecut, din finala EHF European League și din meciul tur din Grupa A a actualei ediții a Ligii Campionilor.

După o primă repriză în care a ratat nepermis de mult, deși începutul le-a fost favorabil, având un avantaj de trei goluri (scor 4-1, în minutul 4), „Gloria2018” era condusă la două goluri diferență, scor 13-15. „Gloria2018” a revenit pe final de primă repriză, rămânând în joc, după ce norvegiencele se distanțaseră la șase goluri pe tabelă, 6-12 în minutul 21.

În partea secundă, oaspetele sunt cele care încep în forță și măresc avantajul la 4 goluri în primele 5 minute. Florentin Pera folosește varianta de rezervă în poarta echipei lui, exasperat de neinspirația Arrudei, de altfel cea care l-a salvat de atâtea ori. Și o introduce între buturi pe tânăra Perianu. Cu două-trei intervenții bune, cu Delgado, Seraficeanu și Fujita trăgând echipa după ele, „Gloria2018” egalează la 22 în minutul 15. Scorul curge apoi cap la cap până spre final, când echipa bistrițeană se desprinde decisiv cu ajutorul celui de-al optulea jucător, publicul. În picioare, spectatorii duc echipa spre victorie iar momentul psihologic poate fi considerat acela în care Nicoleta Dincă, veterana echipei, înscrie un gol dintr-o poziție imposibilă, cu un lob de senzație.

Cu o apărare agresivă și mult mai atentă, „Gloria2018” s-a ținut tare și nu au mai permis norvegiencelor să se distanțeze pe tabelă, iar în minutul 58 a preluat pentru prima oară conducerea în repriza secundă, scor 29-28. În uralele unui public fantastic, finalul a aparținut „Gloriei2018”, care și-a valorificat avantajul terenului propriu și a mai punctat de încă două ori.

Meciul se încheie cu scorul de 31-28, scor care consfințește a 3-a victorie a „Gloriei2018” în Liga Campionilor și apropie echipa noastra de o calificare istorică. Mai mult, marchează și o revanșă după finala EHF de anul trecut, când Storhamar i-a ”furat” Gloriei trofeul european de la Graz.

Urmează un meci în deplasare, în Croatia, în 18 ianuarie la Podravka. Următorul joc acasă în Liga Campionilor e programat în 25 ianuarie cu Ferencvaros.

On the International Day of the Word „Thank you”, Gloria gets her revenge against the Norwegians from Storhamar and climbs to eighth place!

With a fantastic audience in the stands, Gloria wins by 3 goals with Storhamar and jumps over the Norwegians in the standings, on a qualifying place in the Champions League round of 16, with 5 stages before the end of the group stage!

Sitting in 7th place with four points, Gloria needed victory to move up to 6th and stay within their grasp of the play-off qualification race, and they got it in an electrifying finish watched by the fans on their feet who filled the TeraPlast Arena to the brim. 31-28 for Gloria, who took revenge against Storhamar after the two defeats of last year, in the final of the EHF European League and in the round match of Group A of the current edition of the Champions League.After a first half in which they missed by a long time, although the start was favorable for them, having a three-goal advantage (score 4-1, in the 4th minute), „Gloria2018” was led by two goals difference, score 13- 15. „Gloria2018” came back at the end of the first half, staying in the game after the Norwegians had gone six goals down on the board, 6-12 in the 21st minute.In the second half, it is the visitors who start strongly and increase the advantage to 4 goals in the first 5 minutes.
