N-a fost rău, dar se putea mai bine!

 

Gloria a pierdut cu Ferencvaros, 23-26, în etapa a 11-a din Liga Campionilor, dar încă e în cărți să se califice în optimile competiției, cu 3 runde înainte de final. CS Gloria2018 BN a început ușor timid acest meci și s-a văzut condusă cu 4 goluri în minutul 20, scor 5-9. Dar a intrat excelent în joc poloneza Natalia Nosek și a marcat 3 goluri consecutive într-o perioadă bună a echipei, ajutată și de paradele portăriței Renata de Arruda. Gloria a egalat la 10, dar a intrat la pauză 11-12, păstrându-și speranțe pentru partea a doua. Repriza secundă a început sub semnul echilibrului, dar de la 16-16 s-a rupt în favoarea oaspeților, după câteva faze bune ale oaspeților. Staff-ul tehnic bistrițean a încercat variante peste variante, însă fără rezultate și astfel am asistat la victoria FTC –Rail Cargo Hungaria, 23-26.

Repriza secundă a fost o permanentă cursă de urmărire pentru echipa noastră care a reușit să egaleze de 4 ori, dar a și a ratat de 2 ori ocaziile care au putut-o trece în avantaj.

Menționăm că alături de momentele bune ale polonezei, trebuie remarcată și prestația excelentă a Biancăi Bazaliu, pe ambele faze, dar și pentru acuratețea aruncărilor de la 7 metri.

Astfel, Gloria rămâne cu același punctaj în clasament, dar mai sunt 3 runde în care CS Gloria2018 BN poate obține punctele necesare calificării, în faza următoare a grupei din care face parte. Suntem la egalitate cu Storhamar Handball Elite, locul 6, dar avem avantaj în meciurile directe. Echipa CS Gloria2018 BN se pregătește de meciul de la Ljublijana, apoi cu Metz și, în ultima etapă, cu CSM București.

Gloria lost to Ferencvaros, 23-26, in the 11th round of the Champions League, but is still in the cards to qualify for the last 16 with 3 rounds to go. CS Gloria2018 BN had a slightly timid start to the match and found themselves 4 goals down in the 20th minute, 5-9. But the Polish goalkeeper Natalia Nosek entered the game excellently and scored 3 consecutive goals in a good period for the team, also helped by the saves of goalkeeper Renata de Arruda. Gloria equalized at 10, but went in at halftime 11-12, keeping their hopes for the second half. The second half started with a balanced game, but from 16-16 it broke in favor of the guests, after some good phases of the guests. The technical staff of Bistrita tried variations over variations, but without results and so we witnessed the victory FTC -Rail Cargo Hungaria, 23-26.

 

The second half was a permanent chase for our team that managed to equalize 4 times, but also missed twice the chances that could have put them ahead.
It should be mentioned that besides the good moments of the Polish player, the excellent performance of Bianca Bazaliu, on both phases, and also for the accuracy of her shots from 7 meters, should be also noted.
So, Gloria remains with the same score in the standings, but there are still 3 rounds in which CS Gloria2018 BN can get the necessary points to qualify in the next phase of the group to which it belongs. We are tied with Storhamar Handball Elite, 6th place, but we have advantage in direct matches. CS Gloria2018 BN team is preparing for the match in Ljublijana, then with Metz and, in the last stage, with CSM Bucharest.
